Isang nakaktamad na araw sa opisina.
Iguguhit nalang kita Johnnybabes kahit hindi ka kaaya-aya sa paningin. go? go.
YUMMY SIOPAO!!
ingredients:
3pcs. siopao bread
1 bottle oyster sauce
1 1/2 salted egg
1pcs. whole kitten (kuting)
2pcs. vienna sausage
1tbs. salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURES:
(bumili ka muna ng mantau sa chowking.)
1)manghuli ka ng malinis na kuting..i-set up ang kaserola sa kalan. lagyan ng isang galong viva mineral water. high heat
wait until it boils.
2)ilagay ang kuting.pagkatapos ilaga ang kuting, tangggalan na ng balahibo at laman loob.
3) tanggalin ang buto ng kuting at tad-tarin ng pino ang laman at taba.
4)ihanda ang kawali. lagyan ng spring cooking oil. ilagay ang sibuyas at igisa ang laman ng kuting bago i-add ang oyster sauce.
5)isama ang vienna sausage. lagyan ng asin at paminta.
6)palamigin. hiwaiin ang mantau o siopao bread sa dalawa at isiksik sa loob ang nilutong asado.
7)ilagay din ang itlog na maalat..
8)lapirutin ang bukas na bahagi ng siopao at isara.
9) ilagay sa plato
10)itapon nyo.
